Services are not limited to the construction proces, but holistic services are provided for your complete project. These stretch from guiding the design development to the turnkey delivery of your completely furnished house (and garden). Quality comes first for us and clarity is the basis for harmony.
We are the independent link between you as the client, the (technical) design team, authorities/institutions involved and the contractors. We guide you through the design, build and furbishment process within the applicable legislative frameworks. As your representative we formulate and set the project frameworks (quality, money, planning, organization, etc.) and organise, monitor and manage the design and realization process on your behalf. When desired high-quality consultancy services are provided.

Within your project we are the central point of contact and connecting factor for all parties and authorities involved. We keep overview at all times and ensure the correct ad full execution of the assignments. For example, we take care of contract formation, take a critical look at the results achieved and the performance of the (sub)contractors and order adjustments when necessary. Thanks to a good organization, clear frameworks and a strict approach with clear lines of communication, a unique and exceptionally high-quality end result is delivered within the set frameworks.
Structure and control.
Already in the initial phase of the process, based on an initial inventory of your ambitions and wishes, we can advise you on the legal, planning and financial feasibility of the (re)construction or sustainability of your dream home. We can also help you develop your ambitions and wishes into clear qualitative starting points. These principles, together with a possible representation of the desired level of ambition form the project brief. This brief is used as the basis for contracting the designing parties and then elaborating / testing the design.
We organize, manage and supervise the entire process of design development, permit application, realization and delivery, or a part thereof. We monitor the planning, estimate and manage the costs, monitor the quality, carefully prepare any decision-making and ensure clear communication both on the work floor and with you as the client. We keep an overview at all times and monitor your long-term interests.

In order for the parties involved to work as efficiently as possible, it is necessary to make your housing requirements, such as the room functions and the intended appearance, transparent and transferable as much as possible. Nord Project Services defines these frameworks for you in an integral manner. If there is no intended architect yet, possible designer(s) will be proposed that match the intended appearance. By formulating a realistic and transferable quality framework and timeline, designing parties can work efficiently. No iterative process is needed to get the design fit within the budget.
